Our return policy

Please note that we do not offer free returns: the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both in the case of an exchange or a refund.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.

Damaged Items or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
